The coverage includes worldwide insurance with the following exceptions for the U.S.A. and Canada: For personal and property damages coverage claimed in U.S. or Canadian courts or based on a violation of the laws of these states, coverage is only included if:
- they occur while in attendance or in implementation of business trips;
- while attending exhibitions, shows and events;
- for indirect exports of products or services to the U.S.A. or Canada. (There is an indirect export when products or services have reached the U.S.A. or Canada without the insured or co-insured persons having occasioned it.)

Content liability
As service providers, pursuant to § 7 Para.1 TMG, we are responsible for our own content on these pages in accordance with general law. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, however, we as service providers are not obligated, to monitor transferred or saved outside information that could point to illegal activities. Obligations to delete or block use of information according to general law remain unaffected by this. However, liability is only possible from the time of acquiring knowledge of a concrete illegal activity. Should such unlawful activities come to our attention we will delete the content in question as soon as possible.
